Member Profile forms are now live! Click here to fill one out. I'm sorry that right now you cannot save your work and continue filling out the form later, but ... if that's really problematic you can also print out the form and turn in a hard copy. Please try to fill it out online though, as it makes our lives a lot easier.

Remember, member profiles are due by 11:59 pm, Tuesday October 21.
